Description
The Finance Assistant will:
* Assist with bank transactions/reconciliations
* Ensure that all sale invoices are raised accurately and timely
* Ensure debtors are settled within agreed payment terms
* Set up and maintain supplier accounts
* Raise purchase orders and ensure they are processed accurately and on time
* Process cash expenses and reconcile credit card expenses
Profile
The Finance Assistant will be/have:
* Previous Finance/Administration experience
* Computer literate with good Excel skills and knowledge of a Finance system/s
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Immediate availability
