Our Legal Division is delighted to be supporting an award winning Regional Law Firm with their current recruitment drive. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, ideally with residential property experience to support their expanding team in Nottingham City Centre.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Support Residential Conveyancing team with the maintenance of files
* Attend to clients efficiently and politely and take instruction
* Manage own caseload of Conveyancing work in line with legal procedure
* Assist Senior Conveyancers/Fee Earners by dealing with file related queries
* Work to the best of ability to support matters on a timely and cost effective basis
* Cross sell the firm’s additional legal services and identify opportunities
Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a Legal Secretarial role essential
* Happy to work independently with minimal supervision
* Good IT skills, to include competence in Microsoft Office
* Experience using specialist Case Management Systems desirable, although full training will be provided
* Professional manner, able to liaise at all levels
Vacancy Summary
Hours: Full Time, Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to c£26,000 Per Annum D.O.E
