This is a varied role with plenty of room to make it your own. You will effectively build and develop relationships with our customers, delivering an exceptional standard of service and identifying sales opportunities to maximise revenue growth.

Right now, there are 9, of us and counting. We’ve disrupted and we have grown, but we’re not finished yet.
The Role We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
Our Internal Sales colleagues are a pivotal part of the branch team and its success so get ready to be in demand. As long as you’re a team player with customer service experience then this could be the role for you!
Ideally you will have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE or a trade counter environment, however full training will be provided so don’t let this stop you from applying!

Role Requirements · Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues · Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues · Customer Service experience, ideally from a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background but not essential – the most important thing for us is that you know how to deliver great service to our customers · Answering phones and responding to client request and enquiries · Keeping track of back orders and inventory · Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters · Supporting the operational teams
