We are seeking a detail-oriented Pay and Bill Administrator to join the team of our esteemed client in the recruitment sector. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced organisation that values precision and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately process weekly and monthly payroll for contractors
* Generate and manage client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing
* Perform regular reconciliations of payroll and billing data to ensure accuracy
* Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and clients as required
* Assist with journal posting and margin analysis
Requirements:
* Proven experience in payroll and billing, preferably within the recruitment sector
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen eye for detail
* Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
* Experience with RSMIntime is preferable
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
