SEND Teaching Assistant - Role: Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively. Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. SEND Teaching Assistant - Requirements: Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 1. Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
