Job Summary:
The Transformation Engagement Manager is responsible for driving change, enhancing engagement, and creating effective communications within CDIO. This role focuses on all organizational changes, their communications and engagement, and providing overall/ad-hoc communications support. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and smooth transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to design and deliver CDIO outcomes.
Think creatively when problem-solving and translate complex matters simply and effectively to stakeholders.
Organize and support ITIL practice communities, including monthly meetings targeting Practice Owners and Managers.
Set up the practice community for success in BAU by defining governance and creating a pack blueprint and guidance.
Ensure all communication packs are created in line with HMRC communications policies and branding.
Upskill and support the internal change team, including providing change and comms support for people moves.
Create and maintain the ITIL Practice Playbook.
Support various communication activities such as SCS Away Day, Your Bulletin, Spotlight Sessions, SLT Updates, Line Manager forum, and ad hoc CDIO wide emails/messaging.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience in leading organizational design projects.
Strong consultancy and design skills.
Proven ability to increase organizational efficiency and embed culture and behaviour change.
Experience working with senior leadership teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to convey complex matters clearly.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in change management, communications, and engagement.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
Knowledge of ITIL practices and matrix management is a plus.
