TPS Business Development Manager - Covering Gloucester/Hereford

What will you be doing?
Reporting to the TPS Area Sales Manager, the BDM will be accountable for achieving sales targets and growing a loyal customer base, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Sales
1. Work with the ASM and TPS Centre Managers to create and deliver on a sales strategy to increase sales revenues from mechanical customers.
2. Achieve target KPIs and revenue objectives for key mechanical customers.
3. Identify, secure, and develop new customer accounts.
4. Ensure marketing initiatives are supported and monitor their success.
5. Present and report on sales and marketing performance.
6. Utilise market data to understand potential sales opportunities.
7. Be adequately trained on the TPS brand and product range to overcome sales objections.
8. Manage time effectively to maximise customer visit opportunities.
9. Collaborate with TPS Centre colleagues for customer visits and objectives.
Stakeholder Management
1. Keep key stakeholders updated on sales performance through presentations.
2. Maximise support from business partners to achieve targets.
3. Collaborate with ASM and CMs on Business Improvement Plans.
Customer Experience
1. Manage and maintain customer relationships.
2. Provide the highest level of customer service that reflects TPS's reputation.
What are we looking for?
1. Ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
2. Proven experience in creating strategies to grow business.
3. Business financial awareness to provide insight at an operational level.
4. Experience managing national campaigns.
5. Aptitude for leading and motivating a team in a B2B or automotive environment.
6. Understanding of core processes for delivering centre excellence.
7. High degree of IT literacy.
8. Minimum GCSE in Maths and English Language or equivalent.
