Description We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Financial Planning Department as a Trainee Financial Planning Assistant. This role offers comprehensive training in all aspects of Financial Planning Support, providing an excellent foundation for a career in financial services. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis. Perform printing and scanning tasks. Undergo training in the use of Intelligent Office to support divisional administration, including recording client information, creating and monitoring tasks, submitting new business, and adding revenue expectations. Use various provider websites to obtain product information and valuations. Liaise with Life Offices and IMS as needed. Submit Letters of Authority to Life Offices, follow up, and gather information. Be trained to complete Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks for clients by recording client ID and processing ID3 Global AML checks. Promote awareness of Anti-Money Laundering Rules and ensure departmental compliance. Obtain client valuations from Intelligent Office and Figaro. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
