Job Advert: Interim Programme Manager – Housing Location: South West Contract Length: 9 Months Day Rate: ££DOE££ Start Date: 10 feb Recruit with Purpose are working with a large social housing organisation who are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to support them with their asset management and repairs functions. The successful candidate will have experience within social housing and will have led multiple projects that support, engage, and promote the social housing sector. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects within the Asset Management department Lead and manage projects within the Repairs team Focusing on managing assets: liaising with IT teams about repairs and maintenance procedures & their repairs systems Drive stakeholder engagement across departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration at all levels. Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and performance metrics, addressing risks and issues proactively. Ensure all work complies with housing regulations and standards, delivering high-quality outcomes for residents. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within asset management and repairs, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Extensive experience in housing management, with a strong understanding of social housing associations Proven expertise in asset management and repairs, including managing multiple project managers across the different departments Familiarity with repairs systems, asset data, and working with tech teams to deliver system enhancements. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
