Italian Events Manager - on site (Mon-Fri) Tunbridge Wells - £30K-£35K
We have an exciting new role for an established events company, dedicated to organising events in Europe including the Italian market. For this role, it is essential to speak near native Italian and have a professional business level, both written and spoken.
The Event Manager role plays a pivotal part in the organisation on the Events. Reporting to the Events Director, you will be working and liaising both internally and externally, assisting with the implementation of plans and strategies for the successful delivery of the event. The role covers pre-event, onsite delivery and post event activities, therefore you will be involved in the whole process from start to completion. This role will suit someone who enjoys all parts of the events process, who is highly organised and dynamic.
You will be involved in very exciting events within the Italian market, covering different sectors, such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, homecare and coatings.
The successful candidate will be someone that has good organisational skills, able to track tasks from inception to completion, can build good relationships with suppliers, exhibitors and stakeholders and able to work to deadlines. You will also be a creative person and enjoy taking on the responsibility with a calm and focused approach to meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English are essential.
