OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE - Minimum entry level: VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Minimum 6 Months experience in a salon or spa environment Excellent communication skills, able to confidently speak with guests and colleagues The ability and stamina to perform a minimum of 8 hours’ worth of treatments per day IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - Be responsible for escalating any complaints to the Department Manager immediately, providing full details. Be responsible for performing the ultimate treatments in accordance with the standards expected and trained by the Treatment Manager and associated product suppliers.
