We've a new opportunity for Brand Guardianship Specialist in our newly structured Communications, Brand & Marketing team reporting to our Head of Brand. We're looking for a strong customer advocate, experience of application of brand guidelines in a variety of settings and familiarity with the insurance industry and regulatory requirements. The Brand Guardianship Specialist is responsible for overseeing the brand approval process for all marketing and communications content created within the organization. This role involves providing consultation and approval throughout the creative development process to ensure that all material produced is compliant with the latest AXA Design principles. Key responsibilities include: Provide consultation and approval for new advertising campaigns, emails, internal communications campaigns, any LFC material, and the use of the AXA logo by third parties. Ensure that all marketing and communications content aligns with AXA Design principles. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency across all materials. Monitor and enforce brand guidelines and standards across all marketing and communications initiatives. Provide support across various projects across the Brand team as required. About The Person: 1 years' experience of working in a marketing role in a client or agency setting. Experience of application of brand guidelines in a variety of settings. Familiarity with the insurance industry and regulatory requirements, and desirable AXA Design Principles Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback on creative materials. Third level or post-graduate marketing qualification Good project management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop relationships and work as part of a team Strong focus on the customer and the impact of communications across all stages of the customer journey At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
