Anker is looking for high-potential Account Managers to join the team on a contractor basis until the end of 2024, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role in early 2025. Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with industry-leading customers via phone, email, text, video, social media, or in-person meetings.
* Develop and execute product and promotional business plans aligned with internal targets and KPIs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts across commercial, buying, supply chain, store support, and operations teams.
* Negotiate pricing, promotional opportunities, and supply agreements to meet both Net Sales and Operational Profit targets.
* Monitor and manage customer performance through accurate forecasting, sales data analysis, and budget management.
* Collaborate with the Ops team to ensure demand planning aligns with forecasts and stock levels are optimized.
* Maintain accurate records and reports for the Sales Leader and other relevant departments.
* Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance teams.
* Conduct market research, including industry trends, product standards, and competitor analysis.
* Travel as needed to meet with new and existing customers and attend trade shows.
* Work on-site in our UK Watford office 4 days per week.
