Our Dungannon based client is a leading FMCG company with a worldwide customer base. They are currently recruiting a Key Account Manager to join their team.
In this fast-paced role, duties will include:
1. Primarily responsible for managing customer accounts in a responsive and professional manner.
2. Act as the primary relationship manager for customers, responding to the needs of the customer via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
3. Building relationships and growing sales for the benefit of the Company.
4. Support planning and forecasting with exposure to all aspects of commercial requirements.
5. Developing business through profitable trading opportunities and being an integral part of the plans to achieve considerable growth and profit.
6. Development & implementation of JBPs for key customers.
7. Attending client meetings and carrying out sales presentations as required.
8. Preparation and presentation of reports.
9. Maintaining an awareness of company products & processes as well as an awareness of product trends across the wider industry.
10. Supporting and developing the sales team.
