Job responsibilities To provide administration and clerical support to the physiotherapy service, working under the supervision of a senior secretary &/or Clinical Physiotherapy Managers. To provide clerical support to the Clinical Physiotherapy Managers and clinical teams. Make contact with the Estates department to report any problems with premises, equipment etc. Ad hoc equipment ordering. Ensure that correct data is recorded on the Patient Administration System/Systmone at every point of contact with the patient. Make temporary ad-hoc changes to the physiotherapy clinics on the Patient Administration System Systmone. Works under supervision. Responsible for own time management, planning and organisation of daily duties as designated by senior secretary or clinical manager, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the reception office.
