Shift pattern to be expected:7.30-18.30 x 3 days, 1x 6 hours am or pm shift, no weekends, no nights
Main duties of the job
As an experienced registered Nurse you will provide skilled and considerate nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy Department taking into account their specific needs during procedures. Maintain and monitor high standards of care by using a systematic approach to individualised care, by planning and delivering care around the model of nursing in the clinical area Be responsible for maintaining safe custody, witnessing, recording and delivery of all medication to patients in accordance with the Treatment Centres policy. Your sound clinical and Infection control knowledge combined with your ability to solve problems and think both literally and laterally will enable you to coach and support others in your team. We encourage sharing of best practice across our site to develop your skills and take advantage of our excellent clinical leadership knowledge.
