Role: Level 2 Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Bolton and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support to teachers, helping manage students' learning and engagement.
* Assist individual students or small groups, tailoring support to their needs.
* Help prepare learning resources and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to implement lesson plans and activities.
* Support students with any additional needs, encouraging independence and confidence.
Requirements:
* Level 2 TA qualification (or equivalent).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with young people.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* Relevant experience in an educational setting is a plus.
* Dedication to supporting the well-being and progress of all students.
