The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage key audiences, and drive business growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in positioning Ridge as a market leader, generating high-quality leads, and supporting business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
* Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with Ridge’s strategic priorities.
* Create compelling marketing propositions that differentiate Ridge across core sectors.
* Drive targeted brand awareness and demand generation initiatives that support lead generation and sales pipeline growth.
* Leverage digital, content, events, sponsorships, PR, and traditional marketing channels to maximise impact.
Brand & Messaging
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, reinforcing Ridge’s values of quality, ingenuity, aspiration, and partnership.
* Develop key messaging and positioning strategies that enhance Ridge’s reputation and visibility.
* Work with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment across service lines and sectors.
Content & Digital Marketing
* Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and digital assets.
* Manage digital marketing strategy for campaigns, including website content, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
* Enhance Ridge’s social media presence, leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms to engage key audiences.
Business Development & Lead Generation
* Develop account-based marketing (ABM) approaches to support targeted client acquisition.
* Track and analyse marketing performance, optimising campaigns to improve ROI and pipeline contribution.
* Develop and implement toolkits for client facing
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within professional services, consultancy, or the built environment sector.
* Strong background in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing propositions.
* Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation tactics.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, working effectively with senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners.
* Data-driven mindset, with experience in measuring and optimising marketing performance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
