This vacancy is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in more than just the core audiology work and training is available for staff to develop their interests in Adult Rehabilitation, Tinnitus Retraining Therapy and Vestibular Assessment.

Main duties of the job
The department provides a comprehensive diagnostic and rehabilitative service to the population of East & North Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. The Audiology department operates a number of services including adult hearing aid service, diagnostic vestibular and children's assessments.
Full diagnostic support and rehabilitation services to 5 ENT consultants & 1 Audiological Physician.
Direct Access Hearing Aid Clinics
Balance Assessment Clinics using Caloric & ENG / VNG testing
Tinnitus clinics
Research and audits
Dedicated paediatric clinics including VRA / ABR/ Steady State / OAE
The ability to attend Satellite clinics is essential.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must hold a BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualifications. Experience within adult rehab & diagnostics is essential and paediatric audiology is preferred. Applicants should also have, or be able to achieve RCCP registration, and membership of BAA while not essential is desirable.
