The Marine Hotel is looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our
kitchen team, so if you are a new or aspiring chef that can commit to the early
hours and and who is looking to carve out your career in the kitchen; this may
be just the job for you.
The Marine Hotel is a beautiful Kentish coastal retreat located just outside the picturesque town of Whitstable on Tankerton Slopes. The Marine offers 30 elegant, spacious bedrooms, many of which boast sea views or private balconies and the historic Grade II Listed building has recently benefited from an extensive refurbishment. Guests can choose whether to dine in the more relaxed bar and lounge or formal restaurant area and our function rooms are a popular venue for weddings, meetings and events in the area.
We know that excellent chefs are the key ingredient to a
successful kitchen, so this role will see you working as part of our
friendly and supportive kitchen team to deliver a great dining experience to our
customers.
Previous catering experience would be beneficial
however if you haven’t got experience please do not worry, so long as that
you love food, you are a morning person, you are confident and motivated, we
can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
