Maintenance Administrator - Christchurch

* Full-time, fixed term/secondment role until end of June 2025 at $66,834 + 5 weeks' annual leave (pro-rata)
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day administration is done by organising and preparing maintenance related tasks for the team.
You will be triaging the email inbox, actioning any minor queries, and forwarding more complex queries onto the correct internal stakeholders.
As the Maintenance Administrator, you will be making initial calls to our customers to set up appointments for our maintenance partners to complete work, and often assisting them to gain access to properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ability to understand and apply processes.
* Proven time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communications and relationship-building skills.
* Proven customer service record.
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office environment.
* A full and current New Zealand driver's license is essential.
