About the Role
Come and work for our Lifestyles team as a Care and Support Worker, where each day is different. You may find yourself spending time supporting our residential clients in the Coach House to hone their independence skills; supporting our supported living clients with outings, education and maintaining their day-to-day lifestyles; or working alongside our community day service clients who come into the service regularly to take part in our outstanding activities programme.
We are looking for staff who can commit to fully participating in supporting people to gain independence, confidence and self-esteem. If you think this sounds like you, and you are interested in the benefits listed below, then we would love to hear from you.
We are offering contracts between 24-36 hours per week and as we are a 24-hour service, we operate various shift times and patterns. Most of our staff work across all shift patterns but we will consider requests for a specific type of shift pattern if it can be accommodated (or example night shifts only). For this vacancy we are looking for staff to work waking night shifts.
