What does the role entail?
Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving? NoteMachine is seeking an IMAC Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team!
As an IMAC Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for managing all Installations, Moves, and Changes (IMAC) activities for Through-the-Wall (TTW) and internal ATMs. This role requires working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the smooth implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all aspects of IMAC activity, including installations, relocations, swaps, uplifts, and branding.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
· Organize ATM refurbishments, staging, and stock movements to relevant installers.
· Request communications checks, routers, and lines for locations via the Tech team.
· Arrange initial cash loads, de-cashes, or re-cashes with Cash Management as needed.
· Schedule engineers post-installation if required.
· Maintain and update the installation pipeline, providing regular updates to the Sales team.
· Ensure the database is accurate and up-to-date throughout each stage of the IMAC process.
· Raise purchase orders (POs) for IMAC activities and validate invoices.
· Follow all IMAC processes and provide ad hoc support as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
· Highly organised and target-driven individuals who thrive under pressure.
· Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
· Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
· Experience in dealing with suppliers and customers.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Knowledge of Sage and IMAC processes is advantageous but not essential.
