Role Overview: Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and trade customers across Ireland and the EU. Meet and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities and optimising current accounts. Provide expert advice on vehicle options based on customer needs. Manage customer satisfaction and provide exceptional after-sales service. Inspect and confirm vehicle conditions upon arrival in Northern Ireland. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure smooth transactions with internal teams. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity. Desired Skills and Experience: Proven track record in automotive sales, particularly with prestige brands or international markets. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to structure deals and use spreadsheets to maximise profitability. Experience managing multiple accounts independently. A target-driven, proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset. Full, valid driving licence and ability to travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland. Self-motivated and passionate about the automotive industry.
