Motivate and guide project teams, providing support to achieve successful outcomes. Proactively manage potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to keep projects on track. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals. Efficiently manage project backlogs using Microsoft DevOps, maintaining organisation throughout the project lifecycle.
