Our Client is a successful independent estate agency based in Epsom and are looking to expand their team with a lettings progressor.
Area: Epsom, Surrey
Company: Independent
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm
Tasks
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, lettings manager and directors
* Checking paperwork is in place (references, right to rents)
* Creating tenancy agreements, move in monies invoices.
* Registering deposits
* Booking inventories, pre-tenancy cleans, gas safeties, EICR, EPCs ensuring all is ready in time for the new move
* Working with property managers to ensure any pre check works done
* Ensuring all monies and paperwork is returned and received in time for the new move in.
* Inputting fees (landlord fees)
* Requesting let only landlord to pay their fees
* Inputting contractors invoices

* Arla Qualified (Desirable)
