Our National Accounts Team at Certas Energy are currently looking for a Commercial Contract Executive to join our busy team, this role is ideal if you are looking for a varied role.
We are looking for a team player with strong Administration skills, to provide Administration support to our National Accounts Team and Customers. In this role you will support with various activities within the department and some of the main duties include:
Updating contracts onto our internal system
* Processing Invoices
* Setting up new accounts
* Resolving invoice and price queries
* Confirming 3rd party invoices
* Updating and sending out pricing
* Creating Purchase Orders
Our National Accounts is a busy department. This means a strong sense of customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is key to success in this role, to ensure that all queries and requests are met in a timely manner and to a high level of customer satisfaction.
The role is Monday - Friday; 37.5 hours a week.
