Delivery Manager
As a Delivery Manager, you will have a strong background in data management, project management, and team leadership, responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of data-driven projects and services.
Responsibilities
1. Defining and managing the delivery of data-related products and services to meet business requirements.
2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and data analysts.
3. Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of data projects.
4. Identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact data project delivery.
5. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of data projects, including tracking key metrics and KPIs.
6. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile and Lean methodologies.
7. Providing coaching and mentorship to team members to develop their data management and delivery skills.
8. Ensuring data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle.
We are looking for
1. Bachelor’s degree in computing or business information management, or related area.
2. PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMI Project Management Professional.
3. Ability to monitor and control budgets.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
5. The ability to use initiative and make proactive decisions under pressure.
6. Applicants must be able to evidence their eligibility to work in the UK.
