Job Description
As a Clinical Psychologist with the Witherslack Group, you will play a key role in providing therapeutic support to children and young people with complex needs. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to assess and formulate individualised interventions, and provide training and guidance to our staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You will be a qualified Clinical Psychologist registered with the HCPC, with experience of working with children and young people with complex needs.
* You will have a strong understanding of attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, and other relevant theoretical frameworks.
* You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
* You will have a commitment to ongoing professional development, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
