Job Description:
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales and Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines sales and project administration, making it an ideal opportunity for someone who is both personable and detail-oriented. As the initial point of contact, you will engage with potential clients, convey the value of Blue A’s services, and manage project bookings to support smooth transitions from lead to project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Sales:
o Connect with prospective clients to assess their needs and introduce our services.
o Follow up on leads promptly to maximise conversion and client satisfaction.
o Present the benefits of Blue A’s licensed asbestos services with clarity and professionalism.
2. Project Administration and Coordination:
o Book and coordinate project tasks, ensuring seamless administrative support for the project team.
o Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM, keeping records updated and accurate.
o Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure client onboarding runs smoothly from booking to project completion.
Requirements:
1. Experience:
o Previous experience in sales or project administration, preferably within the construction, environmental, or asbestos industry.
o Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
2. Skills:
o Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach.
o Organised and self-motivated, with strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
o Ability to explain technical information in a clear, accessible way.

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
