Salary: £56,000depending on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Leading a small team of Technical Authors, producing and updating T&C; (Test and commissioning) Processes Topic Manuals User Guides Leading the Toolset Team, ensuring all T&C; toolset requirements are scoped and delivered, including any training user guides Delivering the key performance indicators Developing team members within the team Delivering the Test & Commissioning IT toolset programme and enhancement updates. Generating process documentation to support toolsets Managing process document expiry reviews & updates programme Developing and updating key performance review reports Your skills and experiences: Essential: Demonstrable ability to achieve objectives aligned with Project Management IM&T; skill sets Project Management qualification such as APM, or equivalent by experience within an IT function Previous experience leading a high performing team Strong stakeholder management with the ability to guide and influence Desirable: Experience working on defence programmes Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Toolset & Process Delivery team: As the Toolsets & Process Delivery Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplined team, ensuring IT toolsets and processes are developed to support the Dreadnought Test & Commissioning Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of brand-new systems and toolsets supporting the Dreadnought commissioning programme.
