Main duties of the job Support system users in ensuring that data held in the eRostering system is accurate and all updates are made in a timely manner. Attention to detail is key to this role. Provide support and guidance for roster managers, roster administrators, directorate management teams and staff using the staff portal. Use rostering knowledge to understand the demands on wards/departments to deliver an effective roster, offering expertise and support to achieve high quality rosters. Work with each ward/department to establish and maintain agreed unit and individual rules. Facilitate and manage change within the organisation by championing the rostering system and encouraging others in its use.
