?? Exciting Opportunity Alert ?? We're on the hunt for an innovative, hands-on HR Manager to join our clients dynamic company based in Colchester. Having doubled in size over the past year, their growing team now supports 60 colleagues across three departments—and you will be the driving force behind their people strategy What You'll Do: Act as the primary HR contact, supporting Directors and the senior leadership team. Oversee full-spectrum HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support our rapid growth. Manage day-to-day operations with the expert support of a HR outsourced company. Maintain and update HR documents, policies, and health & safety procedures. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to boost employee engagement and continuous improvement. What We're Looking For: CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent HR management experience). A proven track record in HR within a fast-growing organisation. Strong strategic and operational HR skills with the ability to work autonomously. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Working Hours & Benefits: Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Profit-related bonus after 1 year of service.
