Aquatics Manager Job Description
s an Aquatics Manager, you will be reporting to the Assistant General Manager. Your responsibilities include the day-to-day running of wet side facilities, encompassing health and safety on poolside, managing a team of lifeguards, coordinating wet side timetables and events, as well as acting as duty manager for the leisure centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth operation of wet side facilities, maintaining high standards of health and safety.
* Lead and manage the lifeguard team, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Coordinate wet side timetables, events, and rotas to meet operational requirements.
* Act as duty manager for the leisure centre, overseeing daily operations.
