About the role
An exciting opportunity exists, through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP), for an ambitious graduate to take on this strategic project in partnership with Currie Young Limited ( and University of Staffordshire. This is 24 months fixed contract project, where your will have an important role in developing a new digital capability for Lead Generation. The KTP aims to transform insolvency services by integrating AI, NLP, SEO, and data analytics for optimised lead generation, client engagement, and process automation, enhancing operational efficiency and client value. This holistic approach enhances market competitiveness, setting a new standard for excellence while driving sustained growth and success. Harmonising academic rigor with practical industry demands and ensuring project outcomes meet academic standards while addressing business needs is a delicate balance. Collaborating with stakeholders necessitates efficient communication and alignment. Managing diverse expectations throughout the project journey can be demanding and reaching adoption of the solution's value is pivotal.
The successful candidate will lead all aspects of the project including requirements analysis, research, technical infrastructure and system design and software development, in addition to system integration and training users.
The project will mainly be based at Currie Young Limited, and partly at University of Staffordshire, Staffordshire University Stoke on Trent Campus to make use of the facilities and interact with other peers. This role may require travels to remote sites that may not be easily accessible via public transport.
Main Responsibilities
Work as part of a collaborative team to tackle the challenges set for the project
Manage, develop and maintain a detailed project plan, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Engage with key stakeholders, where needed
Conduct research into relevant literature, and define and analyse the Business Model
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress and gather feedback.
Plan and execute the full-scale implementation of the intended solution and ensuring that the solution aligns with projected growth.
Plan and execute the integration tasks for the project in a modular way
Ensure the platform’s reliability, scalability, and user-friendliness through rigorous quality assurance processes.
Manage the phased rollout of the platform, starting with a controlled pilot and expanding to a nationwide deployment.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and operational guidelines.
To conduct high quality research and publish in peer reviewed journals and conferences
To undertake appropriate professional development and mandatory training activities as identified or required (See Professional Development section).
To undertake any other reasonable duties as required
