What you’ll do
Join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role in Central Entities reporting and planning. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining insightful, standardized month-end reports that ensure high-quality and effective reviews in collaboration with FinOps. As the system lead from the business/user-end perspective, you'll manage the consolidation and control of the Central Entities budget, rolling forecasts, and submissions of IRIS, OHP, and HFM.
Your role will involve the timely and accurate preparation of Common Functions actual and plan views, including variance analysis and commentaries. You'll take end-to-end ownership of reporting and planning packs, including the VB management pack (WD11), RF, and Budget reviews. Additionally, you'll serve as the FP&A SPOC for adopting VB/Group operating model changes, such as Hyper separation, Hilton transformation, B2T, and MNC, into the current reporting and planning processes. You'll also drive the transformation, simplification, and automation of reporting, including the IRIS simplification plan.
In the realm of Total VB reporting and planning, you'll control OpCo submissions (both systems and offline) and ensure the timely and accurate consolidation of Total VB financials and KPIs. You'll coordinate and automate quarterly MNC inbound/outbound reporting for targets and actuals.
Beyond these core responsibilities, you'll support ad-hoc initiatives and projects as required. Building strong working relationships with key stakeholder groups, including the VB Finance leadership team, VB Finance business partners, Group FP&A, and Group D&A, including IRIS system owners, will be crucial to managing our internal processes. You'll also support the FP&A Senior Manager for Entity Based P&L reviews, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of the process and financial information reviewed. Working closely with the controls and compliance team, you'll ensure necessary controls are in place for Central Entities MEC and forecast cycles, following up and delivering remediation actions where needed.
Who you are
- Diverse Financial Expertise: Gain experience across a wide range of financial disciplines, including FP&A, business partnering, operational, and commercial roles, within a multi-functional and complex matrix environment.
- Comprehensive Systems Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Group processes and systems, including SAP and HFM, covering operational, commercial, and financial aspects.
