An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the UK Holistic Product leadership team. The IAM Product Lead will focus on defining the Product Vision, setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and ensuring that Identity and Access Management is an integral part of the organisation's overall strategy. The role involves detailing the change roadmap, prioritising the backlog, working with IT Architecture to ensure accurate requirements for the IT development team, and maintaining a customer-centric approach. The candidate will be able to operate seamlessly with executive, technical, and non-technical stakeholders to build support and momentum for the IAM strategy and be able to quickly build cross-functional relationships to drive rapid results.
Main Duties & Accountabilities
* Feed ideas, opportunities, challenges, and risks into current and future strategy.
* Coordinate and communicate prioritisation of the Agile Release Train (ART) portfolio in all forums.
* Understand and communicate the vision and value of work assigned.
* Represent the customer and ensure their needs are at the forefront of all changes implemented.
* Analyse and communicate Management Information (MI) using various analytics tools and internal MI data.
* Track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
* Support the development of business cases and set level 2 OKRs.
* Partner with business owners and act as their primary point of contact for portfolio planning and progress.
* Work closely with shared services and Component teams and other Product areas to continuously enhance experiences.
* Play an active role in Product leadership team.
* Drive continuous preparation of the next planning increments and co-lead planning increment events alongside Delivery Leads.
* Support coordination and prioritisation of dependencies.
* Support the Senior Product Owners in running the Product Community of Practice efficiently.
* Manage and develop the Product Owners.
* Assist the Delivery Lead in driving overall ART performance.
* Set the vision and serve as an escalation point for conflict resolution.
Experience/Skills Required
Essential
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the latest IAM trends and best practice.
* Previous experience implementing IAM capabilities across multiple platforms.
* Ability to understand and create a backlog to achieve the product vision.
* Strong customer focus.
* Experience working within Agile teams.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills and effective communication at all levels.
* Ability to build good working relationships within the team and with external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Understanding of current customer journeys and ways to improve them with a customer-centric approach.
* Knowledge of compliance elements to ensure good customer outcomes.
* People management experience.
* Confidence to challenge existing work practices.
* Understanding of Agile ways of working and practices.
* Analytical skills with problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to create robust business cases and monitor their success post-release.
* Keen eye for detail.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
* Experience analysing and refining processes and functions.
* Experience working within an Agile development structure.
* Understanding of Jira.
