Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 Per annum

Pertemps Network Group are looking to appoint a Regional Account Manager to cover 6 key locations for a major Blue-Chip client in the Northampton area.
Responsible for revenues of around £30 million, covering temporary drivers, the role will be to provide leadership and support to a number of on-site staff whilst ensuring exceptional levels of service to our customer.
A strategic thinker with previous experience of high-volume recruitment activity into an on-site environment, you will be tenacious, commercially astute, and have a proven track record of working to challenging KPI’s. While experience in the logistics recruitment sector would be beneficial, we will consider candidates from related or similar environments.
Overall Responsibility for:
* Client Relationships
* Supporting and managing a team of 5 colleagues
* Conflict escalation and resolution
* Recruitment strategies
* Compliance
* Fulfilment of plans based on forecasted requirements and against the SLA
* Strategic planning for Peak Periods within the business
* Managing budgets
* Supporting the reduction of RTC’s

* Compliance: Ensure full compliance with health and safety, legal requirements, and internal processes.
* Peak Planning: Lead preparations for peak periods, ensuring your team and operations are ready.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and manage strategic plans for your region, focusing on client relationships, operational fulfilment, and forward planning.
* Financial Control: Monitor costs and ensure profitability while maintaining budget discipline across all locations.
* Operational Management: Ensure smooth operations across your region, meeting contractual obligations, service level agreements, and compliance standards.
* Helping to reduce key business area: Supporting our customer by jointly exploring ways to reduce accident damage, reduce infringements, and maintain the correct levels of behaviour throughout our agency pool.
