We’re now seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our growing team and contribute to our continued success.
The Role:
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and growing our customer base. You’ll:
1. Build strong relationships with customers by delivering tailored advice and outstanding service.
2. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, offering expert guidance on product suitability.
3. Accurately produce quotes, raise orders, and maintain customer records in our CRM system.
4. Proactively follow up on quotations and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
5. Make outbound calls to maintain and update customer details.
6. Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc projects and contribute to our shared success.
The Candidate:
We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can hit the ground running and bring energy and expertise to the role:
1. Previous experience in sales or customer service (B2B experience is a plus).
2. A confident communicator who can build trust and rapport with customers.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
4. Proficiency with basic computer programs (experience with CRM systems is ideal but not essential—we’ll train you!).
5. A positive, proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Hours:
Our business operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, with shifts on a rota basis:
1. 08:00 to 17:00
2. 09:00 to 18:00
3. You’ll also have a 30-minute daily unpaid lunch break, with the option to extend it to one hour.
