Timberwise are expanding and now require a Pre-purchase and Condensation Surveyor in the Lincoln area. The role of Preservation Surveyor will include: Day to Day surveying and contact with clients through face-to-face surveys and development. Development of a dedicated surveying area. Investigation and correct diagnosis of any defects found. Acting as technical liaison on all aspects of the investigation and any remedies recommended. The ideal candidate will have:- Experience in Timber and Damp, condensation and/or Property Surveying capabilities. Good knowledge of Building Construction Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail Experience of contract/site management A passion for investigating the root cause of any damp, condensation and timber defects. Experience in liaising internally and externally on all technical matters A team player with a Can-Do attitude and a willingness to succeed Hold the Certificated Surveyor of Timber and Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) and/or the Certified specialist in Dwelling Ventilation (CSDV). However, full in house and industry training and support will be offered to exceptional candidates with transferable skills.
