Our client, a successful organisation based in Belvedere, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a permanent position with a possibility of increasing days in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact, answering phones and directing email queries to the appropriate person
* Process weekly wages for factory staff
* Manage the sales ledger by checking supplier invoices against orders and inputting them into the Sage system
* Reconcile petty cash weekly
* Keep the stationary stocked and maintain clock cards
* Update the holiday spreadsheet regularly
* Provide cover for holidays when necessary
