POSITION: Studio Manager
REPORTING TO: UK Regional Manager
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Driving the revenue, profitability, and customer service within the Studio. Driving the business within partnership locations.

Job Summary:
As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for running your home Studio successfully. The main function of this role is to drive revenue and profitability, manage the day-to-day operations of the Studio, as well as manage and support the team. As Studio Manager, you will champion exceptional customer service within the Studio, create a happy working environment for employees, and ensure continual financial growth while meeting KPI’s. This candidate must be a qualified level 3 Beauty Therapist with NVQ 3 Beauty therapy qualification or equivalent, have hands-on experience with customers, and possess previous experience in beauty, retail, and/or a spa environment.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Ensure all teams' KPI targets are consistently met, and where not achieved, the team has step-by-step feedback and coaching tools to help them improve.
2. Have a strong focus on client loyalty, assessing occupancy rates, and inspiring the team to continually improve on their occupancy and rebook goals.
3. Manage Studio inventory to ensure the Studio is stocked with the necessary products and tools/equipment required to carry out the full range of workouts.
4. Ensure all team members adapt client conversations where appropriate, strengthening interaction and engagement at all stages of the workout and service, maximizing every sales opportunity to achieve all set KPI’s.
5. Train and onboard new team members into the business, ensuring they are fully aware of FaceGym’s culture and operational practices.
6. Take ownership of Studio targets, ensuring these are broken down and communicated daily to ensure all team members are working towards their goals.
7. Ensure Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to regarding sterilization and storage of all equipment, and ensure the Studios and workstations are clean and presentable.
8. Support the team with overcoming selling challenges and create retail theatre to attract and entice new customers during downtime. Actively train and develop each team member as needed.
9. Confidently manage and overcome customer complaints and challenges in the Studio and over the phone, working closely with customer care to ensure all complaints are dealt with effectively and timely.
10. Ensure an inclusive environment in the Studio at all times, embedding the Family Values and creating an environment of support and respect.
11. Have flexibility to step in and cover workouts as needed, for example, during trainer sickness or annual leave.
Qualifications:
1. Level 3 NVQ In Beauty Therapy with hands-on experience delivering treatments.
2. Passion for the retail environment, proficient in thriving in a fast-paced setting and overseeing a sizable team.
3. Relevant professional certifications in management or leadership are advantageous.
4. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Possess a client-centric approach towards business operations.
