About the role
Join our Communications team in Brighton, where you’ll develop and deliver our content calendar, create compelling campaigns across multiple platforms, and build strong media relationships to secure press coverage and enhance brand awareness.
1. Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with brand objectives and campaigns.
2. Create compelling copy for various formats, including press releases, blogs, and social media.
3. Work with design and video teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
4. Collaborate with commercial and product teams to create accurate, engaging materials.
5. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts to secure press coverage.
6. Leverage social media to amplify PR campaigns and engage target audiences.
7. Monitor and report on PR campaign effectiveness using relevant metrics.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, managing crisis communications when needed.
9. Keep website news areas up to date with the latest PR content.
10. Draft award entries to boost brand recognition.
11. Identify new media contacts and sector opportunities for PR growth.
12. Travel as needed to support press events, trade shows, and industry engagements.
What are we looking for?
1. Previous experience in PR, communications, or content creation, with strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging, brand-aligned content.
2. Experience building relationships with media and external stakeholders.
