An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Health Visitor Team Leader who will be responsible for the clinical leadership and operational management of Health Visiting Teams under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Manager/ Children & Families Health Services Lead. The post holder will lead skill mix teams of health visitors and community nursery nurses across the locality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical and case supervision and the day-to-day operational management of the teams. Excellent communication skills are required to work effectively with a wide range of partner agencies to prioritise the operational objectives of NHS Grampian and Moray Health & Social Care Partnership.
