Job summary We are seeking experienced Practice Educator and Neonatal Senior Nurses to join and support and lead our team at our Southend Hospital site. As a Neonatal Senior Nurse you will be required to Initiate, evaluate and maintain a high standard of care, ensuring that it is evidencebased and compliant with best practice recommendations for NICU services. This post would suit a qualified Neonatal Nurse that is compassionate, a patient advocate and an effective role model who always strives to deliver excellent patient care. Main duties of the job Responsible for leading in the assessment of care needs the development, implementation and evaluation of care. To manage and lead the nursing team and other staff in the clinical area assuring the highest standards of clinical care To ensure effective communication between members of the multidisciplinary team to facilitate continuity of care and to promote effective team working.
