As a flexible supply nursery practitioner, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and education in various nursery settings across Northamptonshire. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and want to make a positive impact on children’s early learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development. Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff. Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children’s safety and well-being. Observing and recording children’s progress, sharing insights with the nursery team.
