Position Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a critical role in helping manage the financial aspects of fit-out projects. Your responsibilities will include cost planning, budgeting, contract management, and financial reporting. Responsibilities: Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and estimates, ensuring financial targets are met. Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including selecting and appointing subcontractors and suppliers. Contract Administration: Oversee contracts, variations, and valuations, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements. Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for the project team and senior management. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate any potential financial risks associated with projects.
