My client, a leader in the BTR industry, is looking to recruit a time-served and skilled painter and decorator into their team on a full-time basis.
Based at one site, your role will encompass the painting of vacant apartments in one of Manchester's most exclusive buildings ahead of the next set of check-ins. Your ability to work independently and under pressure, whilst maintaining a high standard of work, is crucial to the resident turnover and the building's success.
