Applications are invited to apply for the post of Performance Sport Officer within the Active Lifestyle and Sport team at Royal Holloway.
At Royal Holloway, Active Lifestyle and Sport is an essential element of the student experience. The Active Lifestyle & Sport team is responsible for encouraging participation in sport, health and fitness activities across campus to enhance student, staff and visitor wellbeing, whilst working closely with colleagues across the university and the Students’ Union. It is not only about running sport facilities but about the activities and programmes that are delivered to build a sense of belonging and community at Royal Holloway. To help us with this, the Performance Sport Officer role will ensure high quality provision of welfare and lifestyle support for all our high performing athletes. It will develop and deliver a comprehensive performance programme that allows student athletes to achieve academically and within their chosen sport. This will include working with scholars as well as identified student clubs and their coaches.
The post holder will actively contribute to the success of the Active Lifestyle and Sport team and always seek to improve the experience for all Royal Holloway Students.
