Brief description: You will be working alongside and reporting directly into a Senior Consultant who would guide, coach, and develop your skills further. With the Senior Consultant you will ultimately be matching the right Candidates to the right opportunities by sourcing the very best Candidates using new and ever-expanding tools, platforms and processes whist also canvassing for new business opportunities supported by innovated methods, new technologies and ideas plus of course the best of old school processes. This is a 360 role so includes both the sales and service aspects of a consultant’s role, but without the burden of running payroll or basic time-consuming admin tasks as this is taken care of by your assigned payroller / administrator As well as working directly alongside a senior Consultant on your desk/plan you will also be working within a busy and fast-growing Industrial division where there are currently 2 plans/desks, with plans to expand the division further with up to 4 plans/desks.
